After miraculously moving to South Carolina, God led us on a new path, strengthening our faith and our relationship with Him. In 2019, God spoke into my heart and said "go and do children camps in the place where I brought you from." This was a surprise for me and I said "Lord I don't know how to do this, I've never been in this type of ministry". He answered "but I gave you daughters and they know."
At this time, our eldest daughter Anastasiya graduated from Bible school in Florida and had an experience in conducting children's camps. God entrusted us with this work, went ahead of us. He gave us the opportunity to meet Slavik and Yulia with Solid Rock Missions. They agreed to help us since they had experience and had done many camps prior.
God gave me a dream of how many children there would be, that's when the walk by faith began: we bought 300 sports backpacks, back to school supplies and presented it as a gift to each child at the end of each camp. God moved the hearts of local brothers and we received children's Bibles alongside gospels for the parents.
We held two camps and 300 children attended them, praise God!! He is wonderful and if he and trusts us with his work, he himself goes before us, praise god!! God knew all our expenses in advance, and provided for all our mission needs.
Some testimonies that inspired me throughout the years of ministry.
One of the days at the camp we had a cloudy day and it was supposed to rain, we had a big program planned and we decided to gather the kids and pray. A few moments later we saw how the clouds begin to fade and sunshine peered through, not only did we get to tell these kids about jesus, they got to see with their own eyes that he is faithful and he will provide.
Another day I had one boy come up to me during camp and tell me that he loved me. This was so special for me because love is such a strong word. This melted me because I realized what all these kids really needed this time love and someone to talk to. I am thankful that through the love that God gave us we are able to pour into these kids.
